e're seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our West Bend real estate inside sales team. As part of this dynamic team, you'll be supported by experienced leaders who will help you develop the skills necessary for success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Identify new clients through various lead sources and respond promptly to inbound leads

    * Schedule appointments with Listing and Buyer Specialists

    * Manage client and lead databases, conducting follow-up and nurturing leads until appointments are set

    * Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and customers in both written and verbal formats

    Essential Skills:

    * Ability to learn and master sales scripts

    * Strong organizational and time management skills

    * Attention to detail and a results-driven approach

    * Basic computer knowledge and internet navigation skills

    * Confident telephone presence

    * Willingness to obtain a real estate license (valid license and sales experience are a plus)

    Daily Tasks:

    * Set monthly goals and track business sources

    * Attend training sessions and participate in team activities

    * Manage contact databases and work with 50+ new leads each week to convert them into buying or listing appointments

    * Make 50-100 new contacts per week
