cott Schnuckel, a former Kohl's executive, has joined CBRE as managing director of its global retail services company. He will support Laura Barr in executing her growth plan for the unit and bring his expertise to enhance the team's impact.

    At Kohl's, Schnuckel led real estate operations, overseeing new locations, relocations, redevelopment, lease restructuring, and capital markets. During his tenure, he directed numerous store openings across formats, achieving over $300 million in disposition proceeds and $200 million in value creation through lease restructuring. He was also instrumental in forming Kohl's partnership with Sephora, focusing on store selection, sales forecasting, and new store planning.

    Sephora shops are now found in over 1,000 Kohl's locations nationwide, featuring a curated assortment of beauty products. Schnuckel expressed excitement about joining CBRE, citing his passion for building programming that drives results. He holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has received industry recognition as a trustee board member and adjunct instructor of real estate at Marquette University.
