he Chiofaro Company has bolstered its leadership team with the appointment of David Brunelle, a seasoned development expert with over two decades of experience in project management. As Senior Vice President of Project & Development services at JLL Boston, Brunelle spearheaded the expansion, renovation, and repositioning of One Post Office Square.

    Brunelle's expertise encompasses every facet of the development process, from permitting to design management, making him an invaluable asset to The Chiofaro Company as it embarks on a $100 million transformation of International Place. "David's impressive track record and deep understanding of complex development align perfectly with our company's growth strategy," said Don Chiofaro Jr., Vice President.

    Brunelle will oversee permitting, design, and construction for all projects, while also identifying new opportunities for the firm. His focus will be on advancing plans for The Pinnacle, a proposed redevelopment of the Harbor Garage site that promises to revitalize Boston's waterfront. This strategic addition comes as The Chiofaro Company begins its comprehensive reimagination of International Place, a 1.8M SF office complex in downtown Boston.
