The property, located along Fenimore Road and Railroad Way, sold for $29 million, setting a new record as the highest industrial sale in Westchester County.
The 185,544 square foot complex spans 7.26 acres and is strategically positioned near major transportation routes, including I-95 and the Hutchinson River Parkway.
