uzie Wilson, dubbed the "city's worst landowner," is facing a massive sale of her properties after filing for bankruptcy. The auction, one of the largest in Chicago since the Great Fire, has begun and will close on March 7. Wilson owes the city over $15 million in unpaid fines and fees. The majority of the nearly 800 properties up for sale are vacant lots on the South and West sides, many of which are in disrepair.
