Liam Neeson Unloads NYC Estate for $10.3M Amid Career Shift

Neon's Lincoln Square home sells for a handsome sum.

L
iam Neeson, 73, is back in the dating scene after swearing off romance. The actor has been spotted with Pamela Anderson, a "Baywatch" alum, following their roles in this summer's surprise hit, "The Naked Gun." Their on-screen chemistry has sparked rumors of an off-screen relationship.

Neeson's Lincoln Square family home, where he raised his two sons with the late Natasha Richardson, has sold for $10.3 million to Martin and Joanmarie Zetterberg. The property, which Neeson purchased 25 years ago for around $3.99 million, features a spacious layout with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of Central Park.

The five-bedroom, five-bathroom residence spans 4,524 square feet on the 28th floor of the Park Millennium condo building. Past residents in the building include Howard Stern and Jon Bon Jovi. The home boasts a corner great room, eat-in chef's kitchen, family room, and large dining area with custom built-ins.

Neeson has appeared in over 100 films, including "Schindler's List" and "Love Actually." He also owns properties in Millbrook, New York; Dublin; and Northern Ireland. Anderson, a '90s icon, recently sold her Malibu Colony Beach House for $11.8 million and moved back to Canada to focus on her personal life.

The sale of Neeson's home comes as his sons, Daniel and Michael, have given their blessing to the actor's rumored romance with Anderson. Even Neeson's former sister-in-law, Joely Richardson, has expressed support for the couple.
