Rollins, this new division provides comprehensive support for residential and commercial clients through services such as title search and examination, lien searches, HOA estoppels, surveys, and full closing due diligence. Rollins brings extensive experience to the role, having previously held positions including regional director of government and public affairs, land acquisitions manager, operations manager, and closing manager at KB Home.
