Coldwell Banker Realty Purchases Prime Real Estate Group

Hoboken‑based independent brokerage founded 2001 by Jesse Halliburton; deal terms undisclosed.

oldwell Banker Realty is expanding its footprint in Hudson County, New Jersey, after acquiring the Hoboken‑based Prime Real Estate Group on Tuesday. While the purchase price was not disclosed, the deal brings an additional office and 60 agents into Coldwell Banker’s local roster. Principal broker Jesse Halliburton and managing broker Marco Tartaglia will continue to lead the merged team.

    Rob Norman, Eastern regional president, said the acquisition “strengthens our service offering in Hudson County and brings on we’ve long respected.” Prime has earned a reputation for professionalism and market insight.

    Since its 2001 founding by Halliburton, Prime has served Hoboken, Jersey City, Weehawken and the broader Hudson County, focusing on developments and condominiums. Halliburton brings 30 years of real‑estate experience; Tartaglia adds 20 years, including sales roles at Toll Brothers.

    Halliburton noted that joining Coldwell Banker provides branding, marketing tools, and a collaborative culture that will benefit agents and clients alike. The summer saw Coldwell Banker add top agents in Florida and California.
