    A 2,010 SF house on Honeysuckle Street in Magnolia sold for $128,000 to J & K Properties - Magnolia, LLC on December 9. The sellers, William and Sheryl Biggs, purchased the home in 2019 for $165,000.

    A 2,130 SF house and 13.49 acres on Columbia 405 in Magnolia sold for $435,000 to Scott D. Chelette and Debra Chelette on December 11. The property was financed with a mortgage of $435,000 from FirstTrust Home Loans, Inc. John D. Shelton Jr. and his widow purchased the land in 1993 for $19,000.
