A 2,130 SF house and 13.49 acres on Columbia 405 in Magnolia sold for $435,000 to Scott D. Chelette and Debra Chelette on December 11. The property was financed with a mortgage of $435,000 from FirstTrust Home Loans, Inc. John D. Shelton Jr. and his widow purchased the land in 1993 for $19,000.
A 2,144 SF house and 19.73 acres on Columbia 108 in McNeil sold for $400,000 to Joseph W. Williams and Deirdre R. Williams on December 18. The property was financed with a mortgage of $320,000 from United Wholesale Mortgage, LLC. CJJC Storage purchased the property in 2020 for $375,000.
