Castle Rock deal totals $6.4 million, Adams County transaction reaches $11.5 million this week.

95 Jerry St. in Castle Rock has sold for $6.4 million to PYFR LLC, a 20,530-square-foot mixed-use building with a restaurant. The property is 94% occupied and was built in 1977 (restaurant) and 2008 (mixed-use). Paul Cattin of Platinum CRE represented the buyer.

    In unincorporated Adams County, 1700 E. 68th Denver LLC purchased an industrial property for $11.5 million from Vision 68th LLC and Leger Investments LLC.

    The International Union of Elevator Constructors Local Number 25 bought a 25,438-square-foot office building at 573 Park Point Drive in Golden for $1.35 million from the Centers for Spiritual Living. The building features an atrium, conference center, landscaped courtyard, and on-site parking.

    Highlands Properties 925 LLC purchased a vacant 3.86-acre site at 8350 Rosemary St. in Commerce City for $935,000 from Grey/Stone Enterprises LLC.

    Timberline Podiatry PLLC leased a 1,498-square-foot medical office at 7761 Shaffer Parkway, Suite 225 in Littleton for an initial term of three years.

    * DRC Property Holdings LTD purchased 6766 S. Revere Pkwy. in Centennial for $2.65 million from SSP Realty LLC.

    * 4251 E 104 Ave LLC bought 42501 E. 104th Ave. in Thornton for $1.7 million from Johnson Estates LLC.

    * 1745 Lafayette Investments LLC purchased 1745-1749 Lafayette St. in Denver for $1.14 million from 1745 Lafayette Associates LLC.

    * 1713 E 35th LLC bought 1713 E. 35th Ave. in Denver for $925,000 from Rowgun LLC.

    * Bhattarai Properties LLC purchased 4131-4141 Kipling St. in Wheat Ridge for $800,000 from Jeffco Skyline Co LLLP.

    * Estimated Prophet LLC bought 1770 S. Acoma St. in Denver for $725,000 from Stone Mountain Farm LLC.
