osso Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the sale of Georgetown Plaza, a 40,000± square foot mixed-use property in Annapolis, Maryland. The two-story building at 914 Bay Ridge Road was sold for approximately $4.9 million and marks the first change in ownership in decades.

    Located along Forest Drive, Georgetown Plaza has been a hub for the Annapolis Neck – Bay Ridge Peninsula community for over 30 years. The property features prominent tenants such as Main & Market, Domino's, and Annapolis Family Dentistry. "Georgetown Plaza is a cornerstone of the Annapolis community," said John Rosso, Principal of Rosso Commercial Real Estate. "Its excellent location, strong tenancy, and reputation made it an attractive purchase."

    Rosso Commercial has handled leasing efforts at Georgetown Plaza since 2018 under prior ownership. The firm's Ryan Brassel & Ross Westholm represented the seller in the off-market transaction. The new ownership has retained Rosso Commercial as exclusive leasing agents for the property.
