etter Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gaetano Marra Homes has merged with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Bannon & Hebert, expanding its presence across Connecticut under the Gaetano Marra Homes name. The combined company brings together approximately 150 affiliated sales associates from four offices in Monroe, Bridgeport, Newtown, and Middlebury.

    The merger aims to strengthen service in New Haven County and lay the groundwork for regional growth. Founded by top-producing agents Mary Ann Hebert and Donna Bannon in 1996, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Bannon & Hebert will continue under Gaetano Marra's leadership.

    Mary Ann Hebert will take on a new role leading recruitment efforts, while Donna Bannon continues to serve as an agent. Hebert expressed confidence that the integration of teams will lead to greater success for agents, citing Gaetano Marra's energy and integrity as key factors in the company's future growth.
