oge Group is relocating its headquarters to River Landing Shops & Residences in Miami's River District. The consulting firm, led by CEO Andrew Imbesi, will occupy 14,300 square feet of office space at the Offices at River Landing, moving in Q4 next year. Anthony Furlin of Coldwell Banker Realty represented Boge Group.

    River Landing, developed by Coral Gables-based Urban-X Group, features 346,000 square feet of retail space, 150,000 square feet of offices, and 528 apartments. The project also includes a riverwalk and over 2,000 parking spaces.

    In West Palm Beach, the Northbridge Centre office tower has secured eight leases, including renewals and expansions. General Services Administration leased 13,100 square feet, while Serengeti Asset Management and Smart Source each took 4,100 square feet. Shoreham Capital signed a new lease for 3,500 square feet.

    Duracell Distributing expanded its space to 6,100 square feet, and DC Capital Partners renewed and expanded its lease to 6,600 square feet. Fifth Third Bank and Lightview Capital also renewed their leases. The building is now 95% leased.

    CP Group's The Landing at MIA office campus in Miami-Dade County has added six new tenants and two lease renewals. Butler, Buckley, Deets leased 5,900 square feet, while Trane took 5,100 square feet. Harding Retail leased 3,400 square feet, and Nomi Health and Ashvins Group each signed leases for 2,600 and 1,500 square feet, respectively.

    CVS Health renewed its lease, and Patagonia SeaFarms renewed and expanded to 3,200 square feet. The Landing at MIA consists of 11 buildings spanning 1.1 million square feet on 50 acres.

    Febal Casa, an Italian home furnishings brand, will open its first U.S. outpost in Miami's MiMo Biscayne Boulevard Historic District. The company signed a 10-year lease for a 6,000-square-foot showroom at 5700 Biscayne Boulevard.

    Chef Michael White is opening his first standalone restaurant, Mika, in Coral Gables. The restaurant will occupy 8,200 square feet of indoor space and an outdoor lounge at The Plaza Coral Gables. White has earned six Michelin stars and has helmed several high-end restaurants.

    Cooper & Hunter leased 96,000 square feet of industrial space at the Midpoint Miami Logistics Center in Hialeah. Five Below opened a store on Miami Beach's Lincoln Road, leasing 12,300 square feet. Gelateria Freddo also opened an outpost on Española Way, marking its 18th location on the East Coast.
