Conducted in partnership with Ferguson Partners, the survey provides insight into base salaries, incentive structures, and benefits for corporate real estate professionals.
Key findings from the survey include:
* 78% of participants reported a base salary increase between 2023 and 2024, with a median increase of 3.8%.
* 79% of participants anticipate receiving a salary increase in the coming year.
* 51% of participants received an increase in their annual incentive award payout in 2023, with a median increase of 15%.
The survey also explored additional perquisites provided to corporate real estate professionals, including mobile device reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, and on-site fitness membership.
