The facility serves as headquarters for Straumann Manufacturing Inc. and Zwicker & Associates, both of which have been there nearly 20 years.
Straumann is a leading developer of dental implants and biomaterials, while Zwicker specializes in debt collections and creditor representation. Anthony R. Cigliano, Senior Director at Straumann, praised the building's multifunctional capabilities, infrastructure, and location, which have enabled their growth as a global leader in the industry.
