allas High School is launching an after-school program this fall that gives students a head start on their professional careers. Ten students are participating in the Real Estate and Insurance Licensure training, which meets twice a week under the guidance of Career and Technical Education coordinator Bill Masei. The program aims to prepare students for state licensing exams as soon as they graduate and turn 18. By combining online and in-person learning, students will gain the knowledge and skills needed to enter these competitive fields directly from high school. This initiative is made possible by a grant from Farmers Insurance and additional community support, highlighting the impact of partnerships between education and local industries on shaping young professionals' futures.
