EARBORN HEIGHTS – Realtor Dave Abdallah has spent 36 years building a legacy and a team of seasoned professionals. The Century 21 Dave Abdallah Team now has six members whose combined experience exceeds 60 years.

    Dave first entered real estate in 1989 after meeting the agent who sold his parents’ home. “I took a liking to the business…36 years later, I’m still doing it and it was a perfect match for me,” he says.

    Hisham Abdallah, following his father, has worked nine years. Growing up in a family steeped in real estate, he values homes and prides himself on smooth, stress‑free transactions, strong negotiation, and deep local market knowledge.

    Mike Ismail has 13 years of experience and has lived in Dearborn almost his entire life. He feels deeply connected to the community and sees real estate as helping families realize dreams, guiding them to homes where futures are built. The joy of clients keeps him passionate.

    Amber Belcher’s interest sparked in 2013 when the team sold her childhood home in Wayne‑Westland. She joined in 2016 as transaction coordinator, managing details for nearly a decade. Now licensed, she aims to serve clients with professionalism and care.

    Belal “Bill” Darwich has over 15 years at Century 21 Curran & Oberski, handling residential, commercial, and investment properties. He serves on Dearborn’s Zoning Board of Appeals, the Michigan Realtors Association’s Public Policy Committee, and was Treasurer of the Dearborn Area of Realtors. Fluent in English and Arabic, he’s married 32 years, has four children, and four grandchildren.

    Kathy Sage brings 25 years of customer‑service experience and a UMich business degree. She joined the team eight years ago and guides buyers and sellers with confidence, care, and efficiency, aiming to exceed expectations through personalized service.
