hristoph Donner has joined Cityview as Principal and Global Head of Capital Development and Strategy. Based in New York, he will drive the firm's global strategic growth, build relationships with investors and partners, lead capital strategy, and oversee a new East Coast office launch.

    Donner's appointment coincides with Cityview's rapid expansion, focusing on global capital raising efforts and deploying funds from its recently closed seventh discretionary fund. He will also head investor relations, working closely with Managing Director Jennifer Halvas, and serve on the investment committee.

    Donner brings extensive experience to his new role. As CEO of America PIMCO Prime Real Estate LLC, he led commercial mortgage loan business and equity investments for Allianz's North American subsidiaries, growing real estate investments from $7 billion to $22 billion. Prior roles include Senior Managing Director at Aareal Capital Corporation, Managing Director at Hypo Real Estate, Head of Project Finance at Vivico Real Estate, and Vice President at Deutsche Bank.
