ouglas Elliman has appointed Andrew Greenwell as managing broker of its Sarasota office, marking a return to his hometown after leading top-performing firms in Washington, California, and Hawaii. Greenwell, a former cast member on Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing San Francisco," brings over 20 years of brokerage leadership experience to the role.
Joining Greenwell are longtime business partner Nikki Taylor, Kelly Mooney, and Betsy Sublette, who bring their expertise and local knowledge to the team. Taylor is a well-known community leader and has helped raise millions for local charities, while Mooney has hands-on experience in real estate and previously managed contracts for the sold-out Hyatt Residences on Siesta Key Beach.
The team represents a portfolio of listings totaling approximately $18 million and aims to further Douglas Elliman's commitment to residential real estate service across Florida's Gulf Coast. HCA Florida Wellen Park Emergency has opened its doors at 7070 S. Tamiami Trail in Venice, providing care for a range of conditions, including fractures, lacerations, and respiratory infections. The facility features private patient triage areas, separate treatment rooms, and advanced patient monitoring equipment.
The community is invited to tour the new emergency department on Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., with no appointment necessary. Guests will receive a complimentary swag bag.
Neal Land & Neighborhoods hosted its fourth annual food drive, collecting over 2,400 pounds of nonperishable food items for Meals on Wheels PLUS of Manatee. The donations will help feed over 740 families in need.
