apper Drake has acquired the Dos Brisas ranch near Brenham, Texas, for $15 million. The sprawling 313-acre estate was previously owned by Jennifer and Doug Bosch and operated as a luxury retreat called The Inn at Dos Brisas in Chappell Hill. The property features a Relais & Châteaux restaurant, which held a coveted Forbes five-star rating.
Drake's purchase was confirmed via his Instagram account, where he posted a photo of himself wearing a cowboy hat with the caption "IN HONOR OF ME RECENTLY ACQUIRING A PLACE IN TEXAS." The Inn at Dos Brisas had shut down in 2022 due to COVID-related losses and was initially listed for $17.5 million.
This acquisition marks the latest addition to Drake's impressive real estate portfolio, which includes a Hidden Hills, California home known as the YOLO Estate. Purchased in 2012 for $7.7 million, the property boasts a 12,000-square-foot main house, equestrian facilities, and one of the largest privately owned pools in Southern California.
Drake has also invested in other properties, including a plot of land in suburban Toronto where he built a 50,000-square-foot mansion featured in Architectural Digest. He owns additional real estate holdings in Downtown Toronto and has made savvy investments in his portfolio over the years.
