    Kell High School Zone:

    Eula Drive stands out as a prime example, where 2028 Eula Drive sold for $734,800.

    Lassiter High School Zone:

    The most expensive sale in this zone was 3665 Lassiter Road at $796,750. Brandon Ridge also saw significant activity with 4184 Brandon Ridge Drive selling for $425,500.

    Pope High School Zone:

    Two notable sales occurred here: 3042 Castleton Way sold for $575,000 and 1845 Annwicks Drive reached the same price point.

    Sprayberry High School Zone:

    Oak Creek Estates saw a sale at 1550 Oak Creek Drive for $490,000. Churchill Village also had a transaction at 1796 Whitehall Court for $434,000.
