lizabeth Cutler, co-founder of SoulCycle, is parting ways with her secluded Colorado estate near Telluride. The 8,100-square-foot mountain home, nestled among cliffs and waterfalls about a mile from town, is on the market for $29.5 million.

    Cutler purchased the property in 2013 for $4.17 million through a trust. Over the years, she expanded the estate by acquiring the adjacent lot and enhancing the main residence with additional bedrooms, a game room, and a private bathhouse and wellness center featuring a lap pool, sauna, steam room, and yoga studio.

    The 5-acre property was designed to foster tranquility and connection with nature, boasting multiple outdoor patios and panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Cutler describes it as "deeply restorative" and has likened it to her SoulCycle brand, which she co-founded in 2006.

    The estate features seven bedrooms, a game room, bunk room, office, and two additional guest suites. The separate wellness building includes a lap pool, sauna, steam room, and yoga studio. The property also boasts custom furnishings, e-bikes, and a mini electric car, all included in the sale.

    Cutler has used the home as her personal sanctuary, particularly in the early morning hours, where she would journal and enjoy coffee while watching waterfalls. With her children now grown and visiting less frequently, Cutler is parting with the retreat to focus on her new ventures, including a vintage furniture store in New York City.
