E&V Pursues New Growth Milestones; Alliance Names 2026 Leaders

Engel & Völkers Americas names Chris Pflueger EVP expansion to build brand’s future; LGBTQ+ Alliance unveils leadership.

ngel & Völkers Americas has named Chris Pflueger its new Executive Vice President of Expansion, a position designed to propel the brand into fresh markets. Pflueger brings 25 years of residential sales and development experience, having led operations at iad Florida as managing director and previously spent a decade with REMAX, where he helped launch Motto Mortgage. President and CEO Stuart Siegel praised Pflueger’s blend of strategic insight and operational rigor, noting he will help scale the company’s presence. Pflueger said he looks forward to partnering with the team to build the brand’s future in the Americas and deepen market penetration.

    In other industry news, the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance has announced its 2026 leadership slate. Tommie Wehrle, a seasoned agent, broker‑owner, and coach with nearly 35 years in the field, will serve as president. She currently works as a learning consultant for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and highlighted the Alliance’s role in removing barriers to homeownership for marginalized groups. The other appointed leaders include Richard Woods, broker‑owner of Woods Real Estate Services in San Diego, who will be first vice‑president in 2026 and president in 2027; Austin Rowe of Onward Real Estate in Nashville, second vice‑president in 2026 and president in 2028; Dan Darr of Equity Union in Palm Springs, secretary; and Rodney Mason, senior loan officer at CrossCountry Mortgage in Atlanta, treasurer.
