Exclusive $300M Doomsday Bunker Unveiled with AI-Driven Medical Facilities and Private Amenities

Luxury bunker designed to safeguard the elite in catastrophic events.

A
$300 million luxury doomsday bunker, dubbed "Aerie," is set to revolutionize high-end security for the rich and powerful. The underground fortress will offer a 5-star survivalist experience to its 625 members, who have paid $20 million each for their spot.

Located in Virginia, just outside of Washington D.C., Aerie is part of a network of similar sanctuaries catering to the 1%. Unlike traditional doomsday preppers' off-grid homesteads and nuclear shelters, Aerie boasts AI-powered medical care, wellness programs, and fine dining restaurants. Its primary goal is to keep residents safe from harm, even those in upper-level penthouse suites.

The bunker's founder, Al Corbi, says it was inspired by a client who needed a secure place to hide during a concert massacre. "Imagine being one of the wealthiest people in the world and having nowhere to go when something unimaginable happens," he explains.

Aerie members can customize their bunkers with various amenities, including interactive walls and ceilings that offer panoramic views from underground. The bunker's medical suites feature robots as doctors, providing top-tier care and emergency response. Residents can also enjoy IV therapy rooms, cold plunge centers, and a stunning 20-story underground pool.

The first Aerie experience center will open in 2026, with plans to build similar bunkers in all 50 U.S. states. Al Corbi believes Aerie will transform the high-end security space, making it a necessity for the rich who value luxury and protection.
