Xp Realty has been rapidly expanding its agent base through strategic acquisitions. The company recently welcomed the Realty ONE Group from Maine, a 36-agent team that has achieved impressive sales numbers this year. Led by Steven Brackett, who has six years of experience with Realty One Group, the team specializes in residential real estate, fix-and-flips, and investment properties.

    Brackett emphasized his focus on partnering with companies that provide top-notch training and resources to help agents grow. This allows him to concentrate on identifying and developing talented individuals. eXp's recruiting efforts have been intense this year, with several notable additions.

    In October, Prime Real Estate Team from Sacramento joined eXp, bringing 21 agents who closed over $126 million in sales volume last year. In September, CanZell Realty, operating in 20 states, and New York-based Grand Lux Realty also joined the company. eXp CEO Leo Pareja welcomed Brackett's team, praising their dedication to innovation and talent development, which aligns with the company's mission.
