venia Interiors by Fendi Casa is a luxury condo building rising 15 stories tall in Aventura, Florida. The project features 22 residences with prices starting at $5 million. In partnership with Vertical Developments, the building boasts highly stylized and curated amenities.
Fendi Casa's interior design team, led by The One Atelier, has created elegant spaces throughout the condo. The lobby showcases statement pieces from Fendi Casa's latest collections, including a signature sofa and ottoman.
The three- to four-bedroom residences range from 3,500 square feet, with high ceilings (10 feet for standard units and 12 feet for penthouses), stone floors, and curved architectural elements inspired by Fendi's headquarters in Rome. Each smart-wired home features custom walk-in closets, spa-like bathrooms, home offices or dens, chef's kitchens, and private elevator foyers.
The building was designed by architect Kobi Karp with landscaping from L&ND, including 50,000 square feet of greenery, such as a park and an 18-foot-tall vertical garden. Amenities on the Mezzo level include a gym, personal training studios, yoga and Pilates studio, spa, game room, private library, event space, rooftop lounge with resort-style pool, and private cabanas.
Fendi Casa CEO Alberto Da Passano describes this project as a "new chapter" in interior design for the company. The building is slated for completion in 2028.
