ORONTO, May 15, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Flagship Communities Real Estate Investment Trust ("Flagship" or the "REIT") (TSX: MHC.U) (TSX: MHC.UN) announced that all nine nominees for trustee election at its Annual Meeting of Unitholders on May 14, 2025 were elected. Voting results showed strong support for each nominee, with percentages ranging from 94% to 99.9%. The REIT also passed a resolution re-appointing MNP LLP as auditor and authorizing the Board of Trustees to set their remuneration, with 99.4% of votes in favor. A non-binding advisory resolution on executive compensation was also approved, with 98.7% of votes in support.

* Andrew Oppenheim: 14,213,477 (94.0%)
* Ann Rooney: 15,006,019 (99.2%)
* Nathan Smith: 15,105,108 (99.9%)
