F
loyd Mayweather Jr. has put his Beverly Hills mansion on the market with a hefty price tag of $48 million, marking a significant increase in activity as he prepares to return to the ring. The property, spanning 15,096 square feet with six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, boasts an impressive list of amenities including a library, wine cellar, guest house with theater and gym, and sits on a half-acre lot just a five-minute walk from the Beverly Hills Hotel. The listing is held by Josh Altman and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman's The Altman Brothers Team.
Mayweather purchased the home in 2017 for $25.5 million, shortly after his lucrative win over Conor McGregor. He bought it from developer Nile Niami, who had previously listed the property at a staggering $500 million before selling it at auction to Fashion Nova founder Richard Saghian for $141 million in 2022.
As Mayweather prepares to return to competitive boxing with exhibition fights, he's signaled his enthusiasm on social media, stating "Success isn't something you retire from. It's something you refine." With a recent exhibition rematch against John Gotti III in Mexico City, it seems the boxing champ is gearing up for more high-profile matches.
