Two former Lone Star execs aim to double AUM to €10bn ($11.5bn) to rival larger European firms.

ormer Lone Star leaders Juan Pepa and Felipe Morenes—son of Ana Botín—are steering Stoneshield Capital Ltd toward a €10 billion AUM goal. Since 2017 the firm has grown to roughly €5 billion and is now raising a sixth fund, targeting €1 billion. The aim is to double assets within five years and challenge larger European peers.
