Gairloch Launches Craft Residences, Signaling Toronto's Real Estate Revitalization

Gairloch and Tenblock start construction on Craft Residences, a boutique 8-storey project amidst challenging market conditions.

G
airloch and Tenblock have begun construction on Craft Residences, a significant milestone in the face of a challenging real estate market where many projects remain stalled. This 8-storey, 87-unit boutique project marks Gairloch's third development in Toronto's west end, following the success of Junction Point and 383 Sorauren.

"We're thrilled to be breaking ground on Craft Residences," says Bill Gairdner, President of Gairloch. "Boutique buildings like this are becoming less common, especially in desirable neighbourhoods like The Junction."

Craft Residences blends contemporary design with authentic urban living, featuring well-planned interiors and a handcrafted brick façade that respects the neighbourhood's character while pushing forward with a strong modern aesthetic.

The development is designed by BDP Quadrangle with interiors by Mason Studio. Gairloch continues to push forward in a challenging market, delivering thoughtfully designed housing in Toronto. The company has recently completed Junction Point and 1414 Bayview, and is preparing for occupancy at Leaside Common, a 200-unit development.

Through its past, current, and future projects, Gairloch demonstrates confidence in Toronto's long-term growth, bringing new housing to the city. The company specializes in urban infill projects, emphasizing design and thoughtful execution to build communities through quality sites, collaborative relationships, and exceptional design.

Craft Residences is designed to seamlessly fit into The Junction neighbourhood, reflecting Gairloch's commitment to building well-integrated, vibrant communities.
