he real estate industry's pursuit of speed and efficiency continues to drive innovation, with software solutions and artificial intelligence (AI) tools leading the charge. In a move to stay ahead, New England-based MLS Property Information Network (MLS PIN) has partnered with Restb.ai.

    As part of this partnership, MLS PIN will integrate advanced AI features into its web-based Pinergy MLS system throughout 2025. The new features are expected to enhance user experience and efficiency for the tens of thousands of real estate professionals served by MLS PIN in New England and New York markets.

    According to Erminio Grasso, president and CEO of MLS PIN, the integration of Restb.ai's AI tools will be a welcome addition to Pinergy. "Our Pinergy system remains at the forefront of innovation with the addition of safe, proven, and time-saving AI tools from Restb.ai," he said.

    Restb.ai's generative AI technology will bring two new tools to MLS PIN users: listing auto-population and listing remark AI generator. The former uses advanced image tagging to automatically upload property photos for listings, while the latter analyzes listing data to generate customizable statements for property descriptions.

    This partnership is one of several made by Restb.ai in 2024, including a collaboration with ClearValue Consulting to offer computer vision to its valuation review platform and a partnership with AI startup Lundy to implement voice command search options for the visually impaired. With this integration, MLS PIN users can expect improved efficiency, quality, and accuracy in their daily tasks.

    Restb.ai is a Barcelona-based technology services company that offers image recognition tools with a 99% accuracy rate, while MLS PIN is the largest multiple listing service in New England, serving over 39,000 users.
