Gensler Appoints Fran Noval Co-Managing Director of Boston Office

ensler, a global architecture, design, and planning firm, has appointed Fran Noval as Co-Managing Director of its Boston office. She will work alongside Jared Krieger to drive the firm's mission of excellence, innovation, and client success.

    Fran succeeds Jeanne Nutt, who led the Boston office since 2000 and oversaw its growth from 35 people to 150. Under her leadership, Gensler delivered transformative designs for major clients like Verizon, Mass General Brigham, and Morgan Stanley.

    With nearly 30 years of experience, Fran has a track record of delivering complex projects that meet client expectations. She joined Gensler in 2007 and has led high-profile headquarters projects for companies like Foundation Medicine, Sanofi, and Reebok.

    Beyond project work, Fran has shaped Gensler's Design Management best practices in the Northeast region and played a key role in managing global client accounts. She is also a recognized thought leader in the real estate and design industries, serving on committees with CoreNet New England and mentoring through Women in Design initiatives.

    Fran holds a Bachelor's degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Master of Architecture from Columbia University.
