A 3,132-square-foot single-family residence on Chipmonk Drive in Granby sold for $986,000.
A 2,225-square-foot single-family residence on North 10th Street in Kremmling sold for $634,000.
A 2,240-square-foot single-family residence on Rainbow Road in Granby sold for $1.1 million.
A 3,293-square-foot single-family residence on Vista Avenue in Granby sold for $796,000.
Other notable sales included a 4,170-square-foot single-family residence on Ramble Lane in Winter Park that sold for $1.3 million and a 2,508-square-foot single-family residence on Adventure Avenue in Fraser that sold for $1.09 million.
In Kremmling, a 2,772-square-foot single-family residence on North 7th Street sold for $477,000, while a mobile home on 5th Street sold for $260,000.
A 6,566-square-foot single-family residence on Fairway Lane in Fraser sold for $2.22 million and commercial buildings on Highway 9 in Kremmling sold for $450,000.
Vacant land sales included a 1.50-acre plot on Highway 34 in Grand Lake that sold for $250,000.
