he Ritz-Carlton Residences, Hammock Dunes, has made history in Flagler County with two record-breaking sales. BH Group, a luxury real estate developer, announced that both penthouses in the North Tower have been reserved for approximately $20 million, surpassing the county's previous highest residential sale of $5.2 million. According to CEO Isaac Toledano, these sales demonstrate the strength of Florida's luxury market and the unique vision brought to Hammock Dunes.

    Flagler County has long been considered a hidden gem in Florida's real estate scene, but it is now emerging as a major player in the state's high-end market. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Hammock Dunes, at 197-201 Avenue De La Mer, Palm Coast, will feature two towers with 128 oceanfront condominium units when completed in 2027.

    The development offers an array of luxurious amenities, including a personal concierge, resort-style pool deck and cocktail bar, golf simulator, wine bar, spa, private event space, and pet spa. The buyers are from New Jersey and Florida, marking the final large-scale residential opportunity within the Hammock Dunes master plan.
