eather Dubrow and her husband Dr. Terry Dubrow have finally sold their Beverly Hills home, which they purchased for $16 million in July 2023 with the intention of renovating it into their dream house. However, the project turned out to be a disaster, with construction costs exceeding budget by $8 million and the Los Angeles wildfires causing further issues. In an exclusive interview with The Daily Dish, Heather revealed that she and Terry had decided to sell the property after realizing it wasn't the right project for them.

    The couple enlisted the help of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' Josh Flagg and Josh Altman to sell the 9,000-square-foot mansion, which ultimately sold for $16.5 million in August 2025. Heather expressed her excitement about moving on from the property, stating that they're "just excited to move on" and have learned to listen to their intuition.

    The Dubrows' struggles with renovating the home were documented on RHOC Season 19, with Terry remarking that the house looked like "s—t" during the season premiere. Heather also confessed that they had issues with the contractor, including fires caused by the Los Angeles wildfires in January 2025.

    Heather and Terry have been renting a second apartment in their building to accommodate their four children, which has become their family home. However, they're considering buying a new property, possibly in New York City, where Heather would like to live part-time and pursue her passion for Broadway.

    The couple's real estate ventures are far from over, with Heather hinting at the possibility of buying a family home in Manhattan or another location. For now, they're taking things one step at a time, waiting until their children settle down before making any major decisions about their living situation.
