HGTV Debuts Series Spotlighting Grand Strand Realtor

Grand Strand realtor stars in HGTV's new series on the modern home‑buying process.

M
yrtle Beach, SC – Madison Kehler, a local real‑estate broker, will appear in a new HGTV series that reimagines the home‑buying journey. The show debuted on Dec. 9 and airs every Wednesday at 9 p.m.; Kehler’s episode is scheduled for Jan. 21 at 9 p.m. The series is billed as a modern take on property hunting, a concept that inspired its bold title, according to Kehler. “It’s exciting and fun, and it captures what they’re aiming for—a fresh look at how agents work today,” she said.

Filming wrapped in just three days, a process she described as intense yet rewarding. “My buyers had closed on a property a year ago, and the crew followed me around with cameras and microphones—everything I wasn’t used to. It was a cool experience,” she added.

The episode spotlights oceanfront condos, concentrating on three resorts and the actual steps of touring buyers through each location. “We showcased the oceanfront, focusing on three resorts and the real process of showing buyers where they want to live,” Kehler explained.

She hasn’t seen any footage yet and will watch it for the first time when it airs. The Grand Strand has become a favored filming spot, having hosted Netflix’s “Outer Banks” earlier this year.
