E/MAX LLC has announced the launch of RE/MAX Horizon, its newest franchisee in Tucson, Arizona. Led by Becky Dwaileebe and Melody Contreras, former team leaders at Realty Executives' Eclipse Real Estate Group, this office marks a new venture for the duo who have consistently ranked among the top 1% in Tucson real estate sales since 2019.
Dwaileebe and Contreras, both seasoned agents with extensive experience in the Tucson market, sought more independence in their next step. They chose to partner with RE/MAX due to its strong brand recognition and reputation. "We wanted something different, and RE/MAX checked all the boxes," said Dwaileebe.
As new brokerage owners, they aim to create an environment where agents at all levels feel supported and empowered to grow. "Our culture is focused on mentorship and collaboration," added Dwaileebe. The goal is to provide tools, guidance, and opportunities for agents to succeed, regardless of their career stage.
The RE/MAX Horizon office will also prioritize personal and professional growth, catering to both team-based and independent agents. Contreras emphasized that this marks the beginning of a new chapter: "We want to create a positive culture where agents can thrive in a fun, competitive environment."
