Hilco Global announced two senior promotions in its Real Estate Advisory practice, underscoring the firm’s focus on expanding its Professional Services division. Michael Sheinkop has been named Head of Strategy and Growth for the Real Estate Advisory Practice, while Jeff Azuse will serve as Head of Operations for Brokerage.

Sheinkop will spearhead enterprise‑wide growth initiatives, focusing on talent acquisition, platform integration, and operational strategy across Hilco Global’s real‑estate businesses. His work will support the expanded professional services and capital solutions platform designed to create lasting value for clients. With more than thirty years of experience, Sheinkop has built and scaled high‑performance organizations across North America, EMEA, and the Middle East, leading global brokerage operations, strategic acquisitions, and the onboarding of top‑producing teams. Since joining Hilco Global, he has aligned closely with the company culture and introduced managed sales capabilities that underpin sustainable growth.

Azuse will oversee the continued scaling and integration of Hilco Global’s sophisticated brokerage operating platform. His background in executing complex asset‑sale transactions, including numerous court‑supervised deals, positions him to enhance operational rigor and support best‑in‑class client execution across the real‑estate platform.
