Leadership Changes: Alex Seavall steps down as HomeServices CFO, replaced by Candace Adams; RE/MAX welcomes new SVP.

H
omeServices has made significant leadership changes, building on the recent promotion of Chris Kelly to president and CEO. Alex Seavall, who served as CFO for nearly six years, has expanded his role to chief financial and operations officer. In this new position, he will oversee finance, IT, franchise services, relocation divisions, and more.

Seavall's ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance has been a key factor in the company's growth, according to Kelly. His new title reflects his existing impact across the enterprise. Candace Adams, former CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties, is stepping into the executive vice president role vacated by Kelly.

Adams will work with other brokerage leaders to strengthen connectivity and effectiveness nationwide. In her previous role, she consistently delivered results through people investment and collaboration. As Adams assumes her EVP responsibilities, Brenda Maher becomes the new president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England and New York Properties.

RE/MAX has welcomed Daniel Dennis as its new senior vice president of sales and service. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Dennis brings leadership and operational expertise to the company's executive team. His background includes brokerage leadership positions in Florida and Alabama, where he oversaw growth and recruitment.

Dennis will assist with RE/MAX's expansion efforts while leading the sales team. He is an accomplished leader with a strategic mindset and passion for supporting brokers and agents. Dennis believes success in real estate goes beyond tangible aspects like technology or transaction support, emphasizing the importance of emotional connections that drive decisions.
