IndyCrew's New Program Empowers Women in Real Estate

IndyCrew turns 25, educating and supporting Indianapolis real‑estate women; president says it's part of a global network.

I
ndyCrew marks its 25th anniversary as a hub that educates and backs women in Indianapolis’s commercial real‑estate sector. President Chelsea Leiter‑Thompson notes the group belongs to a worldwide network of 86 chapters, while the local 265 members prioritize networking, monthly events, and resources for emerging talent. Their DEEP (Develop, Engage, Elevate) initiative was created to fast‑track women’s careers and close knowledge gaps for the next generation. Leiter‑Thompson points out that women represent only 35 % of the industry, and she aims to bring more women to the table and foster equity. IndyCrew offers a global directory, monthly luncheons, and other tools that serve women across central Indiana. President‑elect Kellie Seabrooks emphasizes that DEEP helps younger women grow into their best professional selves.
