Please note that the properties listed are for real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Dec. 16, even if the property may have been sold earlier.
Lansing City:

4. $175K: A single-family house at 1408 Eureka Street, built in 1919, changed ownership in December. The property covers 1,446 square feet and was sold for $121 per square foot.
5. $175K: For a price tag of $175,000 ($181 per square foot), the detached house at 3616 Sumpter Street changed hands in December. The home spans 966 square feet of living area.
