Amenities include a fitness center, study rooms, business center, lounge/theater, coffee bar, and 277‑spot parking. The new owners plan a modest renovation: stainless‑steel appliances, modern lighting, new furniture, smart TVs, and key‑less entry to update the units. River Edge is currently 99 % leased for the 2025‑26 academic year.
