atham & Watkins has added Jeremy Kenley, a leading real‑estate private‑equity lawyer, to its London Real Estate Practice as a partner. The appointment strengthens the firm’s global reach in high‑value, cross‑border real‑estate deals.
Kenley brings over 20 years of private‑practice experience, advising major investment firms, institutional investors and real‑estate funds on acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, co‑investments and debt strategies across the UK, Europe and Asia.
A former Gibson Dunn partner, Kenley holds an LLB from the University of Manchester and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law.
