orey Gustafson has joined JLL's Value and Risk Advisory platform as Executive Managing Director – Head of Core Four. In this role, he will oversee the national property sectors of office, retail, industrial, and multi-housing, driving growth in each sector and managing client relationships.
Gustafson brings over 22 years of valuation experience to his new position, with a strong background in leadership, management, and strategic decision-making. He has worked on various types of real estate valuation services, including appraisals, feasibility studies, and financial reporting.
The appointment is part of JLL's sector-focused strategy, which was launched in 2023. According to Mike Ellis, CEO of JLL Value and Risk Advisory, Gustafson's experience makes him an ideal fit for the role. "Corey is an experienced leader who will help us drive growth across our Core Four sectors," said Ellis.
Gustafson expressed his excitement about joining JLL's team, citing the company's sector-focused approach as a key factor in his decision. He noted that this approach aligns with evolving client needs and provides opportunities for him to apply his expertise on a national scale.
As Head of Core Four, Gustafson will work closely with technology and operations teams to improve the platform and manage risk. He will also be responsible for recruiting and mentoring team members. With his extensive experience in valuation services, Gustafson is well-positioned to lead JLL's efforts across the Core Four property sectors.
