Keller Williams Names New C-Suite Executives

KW Names Tim Dieffenbacher as CFO, Stacie Herron as COO and Chief Legal Officer.

im Dieffenbacher has joined Keller Williams as its new chief financial officer, bringing a background in accounting, capital markets, and corporate finance. He was previously CFO at a Dallas-based real estate investment trust and held senior roles at Broadstone Net Lease and Broadstone Real Estate. Dieffenbacher's appointment comes after Chris Czarnecki became KW's president and CEO, with whom he previously worked.

    Dieffenbacher cited the company's people, culture, and opportunity to work with Czarnecki again as reasons for joining KW. He expressed his motivation by working with good people, solving challenging problems, and building something meaningful. As CFO, Dieffenbacher will support the company's growth and expansion under Czarnecki's leadership.

    Stacie Herron has been named chief operating officer at Keller Williams, a role she will hold in addition to her current position as chief legal officer. She joined KW four years ago and has held various positions within the company, including interim COO. As COO, Herron will lead several key teams, including Growth, Franchise Systems, Legal, Risk Management, Human Resources, and Workplace Experience.

    Czarnecki praised Herron's leadership and impact on the company, stating that her appointment as COO reflects KW's confidence in her continued leadership. Both Dieffenbacher and Herron are seen as key leaders who will drive Keller Williams' next chapter of growth and enable its affiliated agents to thrive.
