ndy Fishler serves as EVP of brokerage for Luther Group. Since launching his career in 2001, he has brokered over $500 million in real‑estate deals. He joined Luther in 2015, focusing on industrial, flex, and medical‑office assets for clients like Children’s Wisconsin, Rogers Behavioral Health, and Northwestern Mutual. Fishler’s expertise covers acquisitions, dispositions, investment sales, site selection, and landlord/tenant representation. He holds a CCIM designation, an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, and a master’s in commercial property. Jason Luther praised his blend of strategic insight and integrity.
