    Prices for the residences start at $2.4 million, with units offering rooftop decks and lagoon views. Parking is conveniently located under each building, and elevators provide easy access to all levels. A Kiawah Island Club membership is included with every purchase, granting owners access to The Cape Club, a new oceanfront amenity featuring a pool, fitness center, and restaurant.

    Led by renowned architects and coastal design experts, the project showcases a commitment to excellence in sensitive ecosystems. Amanda Mole, chief of architecture and design for Kiawah Partners, spearheaded the development, while Mark Permar, master land planner of Kiawah Island, served as architect.
