Founded in 1999 alongside Stephen Shapiro, Westside Estate Agency now has offices in Beverly Hills, Malibu, and Miami.

    Rappaport's notable transactions include representing Oakley founder James Jannard in selling his Malibu mansion for a record-breaking $210 million, surpassing his previous record of $190 million set when he sold Jay-Z and Beyonce a Malibu home. He is also a real estate investor and owner of Funke Beverly Hills, a Michelin-starred Italian restaurant. Additionally, Rappaport made a significant donation of $1 million to wildfire relief efforts earlier this year.
