ane is the president and chief executive of Coldwell Banker Realty, a leading real estate brokerage with over 48,700 affiliated agents across more than 55 US markets. She took on this role in March 2023 after serving as president of Sotheby's International Realty's company-owned operation. Prior to that, Lane was the president of Compass Inc.'s West Region, overseeing an organization of over 10,000 staff and independent contractors. Her experience also includes leading all agent-facing operations for the region and being named an officer through a successful IPO. Lane holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
