A significant tract of land in Livermore has changed hands in a major real estate transaction valued at more than $40 million.
The buyer plans to develop an advanced manufacturing and industrial complex on the site, which will be anchored by a semiconductor company. The facility, located near the intersection of State Route 84 and Stanley Boulevard, is expected to be a significant presence in the area.
OMP Oaks Business Park, a two-building development, is being conceptualized for the site.
